regulations

The application of the Copyright Act is hereby extended in F·

~pect of all o f the works referred to in subsection (1) of section 3 of :.;~.

the said Act

(a)

to individuals who are citizens of or domiciled in.

(b) to bodies o f persons constituted and established in, or

commercial pan nerships registered under the laws of,

the countries listed in the Schedule to these regUlations, being countries

which are panies to a treaty to which Malta is also a pany and which

provides for the pll)(ection of copyright in works which are Pll)(ected

ullder the Copyright Act .
