IN exercise of the power.; conferred by section 12 of the Housi ng

AlIillOritv Act. the President of Malta has made the following order.~

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer CiaDaoo.

of Assets) (No.5) Order. 1997.

The property described in anicle 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act .

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be
