Housing Authority (Transrer or Assets) (No. 4)

Order, 1.997

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act , thc President of Malta has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 4) Order, 1997.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 6th February, 1997.

The property referred to in article 2 of thi s order is the

following. that is to say

(I) R at number 8, Block 0-2, Triq I-ISliratu r, Ta' Mliet,

Mosta (Tenement No. 70849).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approx imately 130.81

square metres known as Piol 23, Triq ii-Palau I-Ahmar, A eu r-de-

Lys, Santa Venera, forming part oftheGovemment Housing Estate

at Aeur-de- Lys, limits of Santa Venera, bounded on the South by

Triq il-Pahu:z I-Ahmar, East by propeny of George Barbara . West

by property of Gaetano and Rose Maria Tanti, on whic h are

currently built premises bearing number 23, Triq iJ-Palazz I-Ahmar,

and which is edged red and marked P 23 on L.D. 235/81/12. (HAP

277/96).

(3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 119.88

square metres and including additional land of approximately 47.s

square metres known as Plot 25 and Site D, Triq il-Bwieraq.Santa

Luci a , fo rm ing part of th e Santa Lucia Neighbourhood rI

Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Lucia, bounded on

the North-West by property of Victor Schembri, South-East by

Triq Gheneb id- Dib. South-West by Triq i1- Bwieraq, on which

are currently built premises bearina number 25, Triq iJ-Bwiernq .

The said plot is edged red and Inmed P.25 and the said site is also

edged red and mmed 0 on LD. 11 182/67. (HA P 6196).

(4) The followi ng land fonning part of the Santa Lucia Phase

III Government Housing Estate as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land ha ving an area of approximately

140.14 square metres and including addi ti onal la nd of

approximately 51.5 square metres known as Plot 136 Triq 1-

Ghorghar, Santa Lucia. bounded on the North by property of

Avertano Grech, East by Triq I-Ghorghar, West by public

open space. on which are currently buil t premises bearing

number 3, Triq I·Ghorghar. The said plot is edged red and

marked P.136 on L.D. 11/82168. (HAP 2 15/96).

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately

195.7 1 square me tres and including additional land of

approximately 60.5 square metres known as Plot 139 and Site

A. Triq il-Prinjoli comer with Triq I-Ghorgbar. Santa Lucia.

bounded on the North by property of Carmel Degabriele.

South by Triq il-Prinjoli, West by Triq l-Ghorghar, on which

comer with Triq I-Ghorghar. The said plO( and additional land

are edged red and mmed P. 139 and A respectively on L.D.
