Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance (A mendment of

Third Schl-d ule) Regul ations, 1997

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 40A of the Medical

and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Minister of Health, Care of

the Elderly and Family Affa irs, on the advice of the Council of Health,

has made the following regulatioos: -

I . These regulal ion~ may be cited as the Medical and Kindred

Profess ions Ordinance (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations,

1997.
