IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order. -

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) (No. 3) Order, 1997.

The property described in anicle 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act.

T he property specified in anicle 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 13th February, I997 .

(Tenement No. 69276).
