Nolice of coming into force

BY virtue of the powe rs conferred by subsection (2) of section I

ofllle Telecommunications (Regulation) Act. 1m .the Prime Minister

has established the 31st day of December. 1997 as the date on which

the provisions of the said Act, ocher than th~ of section 5 thereof.

shall come into foree . and the 2nd January. 1998 . as the date on which

thoe provisions of the said section 5 shall come inlo force.
