C ustom s (1\ mend melll) (No . 2) Regulations, 1991

IN c~erc;se o f the po"'·ers con fcmd by section 80 of the CuStoms

Ordinance. the Mini ster of Finance and Commerce has made the

follo .... ing regulalions:-

I. ( I ) These regulat ions lIIay be ci ted as t he Customs

(AmeM.inent){No. 2) Reguillions, 1991,and shall be read and COII5lrued

as one with the Customs Regultuions, 19j7, hereinafter being referred

to as ''the principal regulations .

(2) These regulations shall come into effect on If'K, 1st

January, 1998.

stofllge area. as well as by the relevant safety factolli and storage

usage .

(c) No refunds of store,rem sllall be effected on any part of

the floor area vacated before the expiration of the three mont hs.

(d) No re leases from I.:arehoused consignments shall be

allowed unless store,rem due in accordance with the: provisions of

this Schedule has been duly paid .

(e) Imponelli desirous of illCreasing the floor area alloc:llc:d
