Immi gration Act and by section 2 of the Fees Ordinance, the Prime

Min ister, has made the following regulations: -

I. ( 1) T hese regulat ion s may be c ited as the Immigration CiUlioo"'<1

(Reside nce Permits and Employment Lice nces) (Fees) (Amendment) "',.,....,""' ........

Regulations, 1997, and shall be read and construed as one with the

Immigration (Residence Permits and Employmen t Lice nces) (Fees)

Regulations, 1993 , hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations". LJo! U 01 199J.

(2) These regulat ions shall come into force on the I 5t Janu ary.
