IN exercise of the powers conferred by seelion 2 of the Fees

Ordi na nce, the Pri me Minister has made the following reg ulalions:-

These regulations may be cited as the Fees ( Wi reless

Telegraphy) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulmions, 1997 and shall be read

and construed as one with the Fees (Wireless Te legraphy) Regu lations,

1995, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulatio ns n •

Immediately after item 23 of Part II of the Sched ule to the

principal regu lations . there shall be added the following:-
