IN exercise of the po ..... ers conferred by $Cction 1004 of\hc Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Minister of Justice and Local

Councils, with the concurre nce uf the Minister of Finance and

Commerce, has made the following rcgulalions:-

T hese regulat io ns may be cited as t he Code of

Organization and Civil Procedure (Sc hedule A) (Anlcndmenl) (No . 2)

Reguhllioos, 1997 , and shall be read and construed as one with Schedule

A of tile Code of Organization and Civil Procedure. IIcreinafter referred

to as "Schedule A" .

These regulat ions s hall come into force on the 1st

For paragrnphs 3 and 4 orTariffl of Schedule A there shall be

substituted the folowing :-
