f ees (C ustoms Certincates) Reg ula tions, 1997

IN exercise of the powers conferred by $Cclion 2 of the Fees

Ord inance, the Ministe r or Finance and Commerce, has made the

followi ng regulalions:-

I. These regulat ions may be cited as the Fees (C usto ms

Certi ficates) Regulations, 1997 and shall come imo force on the 1st

January, 1998.

There shall be charged by the Comptroller of CuslOms. in

respect of each cen ificate issl)f:d by the Customs Depanment , a fee of

five Mal tese liri .

J . The Fees (Customs Certificates) Regulations, 1979 are hereby

repealed .
