Airport (passe nger Ser"ice Charge) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1997

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Civil

Aviat ion Ac t , th e Minister for Transport and Ports, with the

concu rrence or the Minister of Finance and Commerce, has made the

following regulatio ns:-

( I) These regulations may be cited as the Airport (Passe nger

Service Charge) (Amendment) RegUlations. 1997 and shall be read

and construed as one with the Airpon (Passenge r Service Charge)

Regu llilions, 1997, hereinafter referred to as ··the principal regUlations".

(2) These regulat ions shall co me into force on the 1st

January. 1998.

In regUlation 3 of the principal regU lations, for the words ··a

fee of Lm4" there shall be substituted the word s "a fee of Lm 10".
