IN exercise of hie powers conferred by secti on 6. 32. 33 and 4:; of
the Environme nt PrOlection Act. 199 1 • the Ikputy Prime Minister and
Minister of Foreign Affairs and the En viro nme nt . ..... ith the concun-ence
of the Prime Minister. has made the foll owing regulations: -
I. 1llcse regulati ons may be cited as the Protection of Birds and CitoI . .. .
Wild Rabbit (A mendme nt) Regulations. 1997 . and shall be read and
construed as o ne wi th th e Protection of Birds a nd Wild Rabbits
