IN e ~ e rcisc of the powers conferred by section 32 of the

Envirom .. ent Protection Act. 1991, the Deputy Prime Minister and

Mini5le r (Of Foreign Affuirs and thcEnvironmem has made the following

regulations :-

I. These regulat ions may be cited as the Birds and Wild Rabbit

(Declaration of Protected Species and Nature Reserves) (Amendment)

Regulations. 1997, and shall be read and construed as one wilh lhe

Birds and Wild Rabbit (Declaration of Protected Species and Nature

Reserves) Regulations. 1993. hereinafter referred to as '"(he princi pal

regulations".

In paragraph (2) of reg ulation 3 of the principal regulations.

for the words " B929 to 8943" there shall be substituted the words

"B929 10 8933 and B935 {O 8943".
