IN c:tcrcisc of the powcrs confe rred by section IS of the Housing

(Decontrol) Ordinance ,the Ministe r of Jus[iee and Local Co uncil s, with

the co nc urrence of the Minister of Finance aJld Commerce, has made

the following regulations:-

( I) These regulations may be ci ted as the Registration of
