"'ees (Amendme nt ) Regulations. 1997

IN exercise of the powers confe rred by section 2 of the Fces

Ordinance. the Min ister of Publ ic Works and Construction. with the

concu rrence of the Minister of Finance and Commerce. has made

the fo llowi ng regu lations: -

These reg ulations may be cited as the Fees (Amendment)

(Re gullllions) . 1997. and shall be read and construed as one wi th the

Fees Reg ulations , 1925. hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regu lations".

For the three itc ms unde r the headin g " Public Work s

De partnlen!"' relating to t ~,e trade of mason s in the Sc hedule 10 the

principal regulations . there shall be substit uted the following:-

" For the ex:unination of candidates wishing

to oblain the licence 10 practise as masons under

section 95 of the Code of Polite Laws (Ca p. 10).
