Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income)

Remcalion Order, 1997

IN exercise of the powers cooferred by section 76 of the Income

Tax Act, the Minister for Economic Affairs and Finance has ordered

that the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income) (United States of

America) Order, 1984, published by Legal Notice No, 61 of 1984, is

hereby revoked in respect of taxes which are levied for the year of

assessmen t 1998 and subsequent years of assessment. This order shall

come into force upon its publication in the Gazelle .
