'The fees speci fied in the Schedule hereto shall be payable to

the Passpon Officer or the Principal Imm igration Officer in respect of

the sevices there in mentioned

Provided that the Ministe r responsible for passpons may direct

that the visa fees charged to the nationals of any panic ular country

shall be equivalent to the fees charged by the authorities of that country

for their visas on passpons of citizens of Mal ta.
