Yachting Cl!nlns (A mendment) Regula tio ns, lm

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 27,28 aoo 51 of

the Malta Maritime Authori ty Act. 1991 , the Minister for Transpon

and Pons, wit h the concurre nce of the Ministe r o f Finance and

Commerce, has made the following regul ations: -

( I) 'These ~gu lations may be cited as the Yachting Centres

(Amendment) Regulations. 1997 and shall be read and construed as

onc with Ihe Ya(,;hting Centres Regul ati ons, 1992 , herei nafter referred

to as ··the pri/ICipai regulations·'.

(2) These regulatio ns shall come into effeci on the ~ Sl

Jan uary, 1998.

For paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the principal regulations,

othe r than the ellplanatory noles indicated as " Notes" Ihm:of, there

shall be substituted the followi ng: -
