WATER SERVICES CORPOKATION ACT. 1991

Notice or coming in to rorce

IN ex.ercise o f the powers conferred upon him by section 1(2) of

the Wmer Services Corporation Act. 199 1 , the Mi nistcr of Public Works

and Construction has established the lSI Dece mbe r. 1997 as the date

on which parJ.graph (d) of subsection (2 ). the provisions re lating to

the di sposal and re-use of water in paragraph (b) and paragraph (e) of

subsection (3) of section 3, and the remaining part of paragraph (I) of

section 45 of the said Act shall come into force.
