IN exerci~ of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer CiIItiort..

of Assets) Order, 1997.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby Specir ....

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act .

The property specified in article 2 of this order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the seclion

aforesaid with effect from the 12th December,l996.
