Univt!rsil y of Malta - Course of Studies, Degree and Uistinctions

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 30 (5)

and 31 (6) of the Education Act (Cap. 327). the Chancellor of the

Un iversity of Malta has promulgated too following statute made by the

Council of the Un iversity of Malta by virt ue o f the powers conferred

upon it by section 31.33 and 48 (3) of the said Act

Citalion

I. This statute may be cited as the Statute amending Statute 3 (A mendment No.

II) of the University of Malta - Courses of Studies. Degrees and Distinctions - and

shall be read a l ~<.l construed as one with the statute of the University of Malta incl uded

in Schedule II or tile Education Act (Cap. 327). hereinafter referred to as "the principal

stalllte" .

Ame nd ment of principal statute

Sub·paragraph I of paragraph 3. 1 of the principal stalllte shall be amended as

follows

(a)

under t he sub. heading Fac/IIIY oj M echanical and Electri cal

there shall be inserted the words ' Diploma in Enginee ring - Dip. Eng."; and
