IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (I) of section

3 1 of the Malta SlOCk Exchange Act ,the Minister for Economic Affairs

and Finance deems it to be in the public interest w extend the reduction

in the rate of lax. provided for in that section. for another five years

wit h effect from the 8th January, 1997.
