IN e~erdse of the powers conferred by section 37 o(the Telemalta

Corporation Act, the Board, with the approval of the Prime MiniSter

and with the conc urrence of the Minister of Finance and Commerce,

has made the following regulations:-

I. (1) These regu lations may be cited as th e Overseas

Telephone Service (Amendment) Regulations. 1997 and shall be read

and construed as Olle wi th the Overseas Telephone Service Regulations,

1957. hereinafter referred 10 as ··Ihe principal regulations··.

(2) 111cse regu lations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1st July . 1997.
