Telegraphic and Telex. Service Tariffs (Amendment)

Regulations, 1997

IN e~e rcise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the TeJemaita

Corporation Act, the Board , with the approval of the Prime Minister

and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Commerce.

has made the following regulations:-

I , ( I) These regulations may be cited as the Telegraphic and

Telex Service Tariffs (Amendment) Regulations, 1997 and shall be read

and constru ed as one with the Telegraphic and Telex Service Tariffs

Regulations, 1m. hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations~.

(2) These regulat ions shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1st July, 1997.

Regulation 6 of the principal regulations shall be deleted.
