Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the fo llowing

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer 0.';",,_

of Assets) (No. 10) Order, 1997.

The property desc ribed in article 4 of thi s order is hereby

specified for the purposes of secti on 12 of the Housing Authority

Ac t.
