the Watcr$crvicesCo..poration Act, 1991. the MinistcrofPublic Works
and Construction has established thc lSI $cplcmbcr. 1997 as the date
on which paragraph (e) of subsecti on (2) and paragraph (d) of
subsection (3) of section), paragraph (g) of section 19.suD-paragraph
(v) of paragraph (a) of subsection (I) of section 44 . and paragraph (I)
of section 45. limitedly to stonnwater run -off systems. o f the said Act
shall come inlo force.
