(CAP. 327)

Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1997

IN exercise of the powers co nferred upon him by sections 30(5)

and 31(6) of the Education Act (Cap . 327). the Chancellor of the

University of MalIa has promulgated the following regu lations made

by the Senate of the University of MaJta by virtue of the powers conferred

upon it by sections 31 and 35 of the said Act

I. These regulations may be cited as the Diploma in Pu blic Adm iniSITation -

DP.A . (Amendment) Regulations . 1997 and shall be read and conslrued as one wi th

the Diploma in Pu blic Administration Regulations - D.PA. - Regulations. 1992,

hereinafter referred 10 as "the principal regulations".

Applkability

These regulations shall be applicable to courses starting in October 1992 or

later.

Amendment of regulation 2 of the princip~1 regulations

For paragrnph 2.4 of the principal regulations there shall be substituted the

following

"2.4. The study-u nits of the Diploma Course in Public AdminiSlrntion shall

be specified by the Facult y Board before the start of each academic year:- .
