Companies Act (Fo rms) (Amendment) Regul at io ns, 1997
IN ucrcise of the powers conferred by Icclion 425 o f the
Companies Act. 1995, the Minister of Finance and Commerce, has made
the following rcgu lations:-
I. These regulat ions may be cited as the Compan ies Act (Fonns)
(Amendment) Regulatiolls, 1997. and shull be read and construed as
one with the Co mp~nie5 Act (Forms) Regu lations, 1996. hereinafter
referred to as "the principal regulutions",
TIle Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended as
folloW5:-
(3) in Form P thereof. (Of the words " A revised and updated
ceniried ropy o f the Memorandum and Ankles of Association
nccessil:ned by compliance with the said Act is attached," there
shall be substituted the words - A revised and updated certified
copy of ?he deed of partnership/Memorandum and Articles of
Associ;uion necessitated by compliance with the said Act is
attached:·; and
(b) immediaTely after Form T (3) Thereof. there shall bt"
::added the rorms presc ribed in the Schedule to these regulat ions.
