University Fees (Amendment) Regu lations, 1997

IN cllercise of the powers vested in him by section 41 of the

Educat ion Act. the Minister of Education and National Culture. with

the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Commerce. has made

the following reg ulations: -

( I) These regulations may be cited as the University Fees ClIoIi<ooonJ

(Amendmen t) Regulations. 1997 and shall be read and constructed ~.

as one with the University Fees Regu lations. 1993. hereinafter L.N. 66ol1991.

referred to as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall corne into force on the 15t

October. 1997.
