IN exercise of the powel'll conferred by section 146 0f the Industri al

Property (Protection) Ordinance .the Minister of Finance and Commerce

has made the following regulations:-

These regu lations may be cited as the Industrial Property 0-;0..

(Protecti on) Ordinance (Schedules of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations.

1997, and shall be ·read and construed as one with the Schedules of

Fees annexed to the Industrial Property (Protection) Ordi nance.
