Local Councils Act (A mendm ent or First Schedule)
Regulations, 1997
IN exereise of the powers conferred by subsection (2 ) or section
72 and by section 74 of the Local Councils Act. 1993. the Minister of
Justice and Local Councils has made the following regulations:-

(I) These regulations may be ciled as the Local Councils
Act (Amend ment of Fint Schedu le) Regulations . 1997.
(2) Any reference to " the Act" in these regulations shall
be construed as a re ference to the Local Councils Act, 1993 .
