Companies Act (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1997

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 425 of the

Companies Act, 1995 and by section 195 of the Commercial

Partnerships Ordinance, the Minister of Finance and Commerce has

made the following regu lations: -

I . These regulations may be cited as the Companies Act (Fees) Ci .. .,..,

(Amendment) Regulations, 1997 . and shall be read and construed

as one with the Companies Act (Fees) Regulations, 1997, hereinafter L.N , '" '" 1997,

referred to as "the princi pal regulations",

The Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended ...... "'" tho

as follows:-

(a) in paragraph (g) thereof, for the words "In the ease

where the authorised share capital of the company or of the

oversea compan y -" the re shall be s ubstituted the words

" In the case whe re the authorised share capital of the

company -";

(b) for parag raph (k) thereof, there shall be substituted

the following:-

"(k)

For a certificate regarding the

directors of a company

(c) paragraphs (I) and (m) thereof shall be re-numbered

as para graphs (n) and (0) respectively; and

(d) immediately after paragrap h (k) there shall be added

the following new paragraphs:-

For any olher cenifi clle

"(I)

regarding a company issued upon Ihe requesl

of any person
