Customs (A mendment) Regulations, 1,997

IN exercise o f the powers conferred by section 80 of the Customs

Ordinance, the Minister of Finance and Commerce has made the

following rcgvlations:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment)

Regulations, 1997 and shall be read and construed as one with the

Customs Regulations. 1957 , hereinafter referred to as "the principal

regulat ions" .

In the First Schedule to the principal regulations immediately

after item 10 there shall be added the following item:-

" II . The area at Laboratory Wharf known as Magazine

Wharf when used for the benhing of vesse ls carrying out grain

handling operations at the Comtdino Grain TerminaL".
