Regul ations, 1997

IN exercise of the powers vested in him by section 41 of the

Education Act, the Minister of Education and National Culture , with

the concurrence of the Minister of Finance and Commerce, has made

the following regulations:-

I. ( I ) These regulations may be ciled as the Fees (Evening

Tuition Courses) (A meltdment) Regulations. 1997, and shal l be read

and construed as one wilh the Fees (Evening Tuilion Courses)

Regulations, I993.hereinaflcrreferred 10 as "the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st

September, 1997,
