(A mend ment) Regul ati ons. 1997

IN exerc ise of the powers conferred by sec tion 17 of [he TraFfic

Regulation Ordinance. by sec tion 93 of [he Code of Police Laws. [he

Commissioner of Police. with the advice of the Traffic Co mTOI Board.

has made the following regu lations: -

"(e) The sign indicating a TOW ZONE at No. (10) ind ica tes

that an encumbering objcct is parked or left unattended in a zone

where it is liable [0 be towed away . The variable Police Station

and Telephone Number thereof ind icate . as the case may be. the

procedures to be followed for the retrieval of the said object.

The sign imlicnling a CLAMPING WNE at No.( II ) indicates

that II motor vehicle is parked or left unattended in a 7.onc where il
