Gaseous Fuels Order. 1996

TH E Malta Board ofSlandards hereby notifies \hllt the Appliances

Burni ng Gaseous Fuels Order, 1996 (Order No. M 33 of 1996) was laid

before the House of Representatives in accordance w ith subsection (2)

of section S o (the Quality Control (Expons.lmports and Local Goods)

Act on the 20th March, 1996, and thaI the said Order shall come into

force on the 31s1 May, 1996. provided that the requirements of art icles

6 and 8 o f the same order shall not be obJigatoty prior to the 1 st January.
