Qualifyin$ Companies (Export Services) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3( I)(c)

of (he Industrial Development Act, the Minister for Economic Services

has made the following regulations:-

I. These regulations may be cited as the Qualifiying Companies

(Export Services) (Amendment) Regulations. 1996, and shall be read

and construed as one with the Qualifying Companies (Export Services)

Regulations, 1994, hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations" .

In Regulation 3 of the principal regulations, immeruately after

paragraph (h) thereof there shall be added the following new paragraph

the provision from an establishment in Malta of

"(i)

telecommunication services between locations outside Malta to

persons nOI residenl in Malta ,",
