IN exercise of (he powers conferred by section 12 orthe Housing

Authority Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer Cit_lon.

of Assets) (No.2) Order. 1996.

The propeny described in anicle 4 of this order is hereby Specified

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority Act. poopeny.

The property specified in art icle 2 of Ihis order shall be Appoi_ ""1_

transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the section

aforesaid with effect from the 25th March, 1996.
