Directive by the Minister or Finance

Cor the Issue or an additional Lm9,2S0,ooo

7.25% Malta Government Stock 2006

(SECOND ISSUE)

IN exercise oflhe powers conferred by the Local Loans Act. 1996 and

by section 4( IXa), oflhe Local Loans (Registered Stock and Securities)

Ordinance, Cap. 161 , the Minister of Finance has authorised thai due

to oversubscription in Un 10.000.000 7.25% Malta Government Stock

2006 (0) created by means of Legal Notice No. S8 of 1996 publis~

on the 4th April. 1996, an additional Lm9.2.50.ooo 7 .25% Malta

Government Stock 2006 (D) having the same conditions shall be created

thus bringing the total amount of Ihis Stock to Lm I9.250.ooo . All

applications received by the closing dale 27th April, 1996 will be

accepted .
