Tekmalta Corporation (Opposition Nominee) Order, 1996

BY virtue of subsection (S) of section) of the Opposition

Nominees Act, 1996, the Prime M inister has ordered Ihat one of the

members that may be appointed by the Minister responsible for

telecomm un ications other than the C hainnan. the Deputy C hainnan

and the member elected by secret ballot by and from amongst the

employees of the COl poIation. in terms of subsection (2) of section 4

of the Telema1ta Cotpoiation Act, Cap. 250,shall be appointed by the

Prime Minister in accordance with IUld uDder the said section 30flhe

Opposition Nominees Act, 1996.
