OPPOSITION NOMINEES ACT , 1996

(ACT NO. IX OF 1996)

Enemalta (Opposition Nominee) Order, 1996

BY virtue of subsection (5) of section 3 of the Opposition

Nominees Act, 1996, the Prime Minister has ordered that one of the

members that may be appointed by the Minister responsible for energy

other than the Chainnan. the Deputy Chainnan and the member

elected by secret ballot by and from amongst the employees of the

Corporation, in tenns of subsection (2) of section 5 of the Enemalta

Act. Cap. 272. shall be appointed by the Prime Minister in accordance

with and under the said s«tion 3 of the Opposition Nominees Act,
