OPPOSITION NOMINEES ACT, 1996
(ACT NO. IX OF 1996)
Public Transport Authority (Opposition Nominee) Order , 1996
BY vinuc of subsection (5) of section 3 of the Opposition Nomi nees
Act, 1996. the Prime M inister has ordered that the fourth member ,other
than the Chairman, to be appointed by the Minister responsible for public
transport in terms of subsections ( I) and (2) of section 3 of the Public
T ransport Authority Act , Cap, 332, shall be appointed by the Prime
Ministe r in accordance with and under the said section 3 of the
Opposition Nominees Act. 1996.
