Separalion between Spo uses (Duly on Documents and Transrers)

BY vi rtue of tht powers vested in him by section 23 o(the Duty
on Documents and Transfers Act, 1993. the Minister of Finance has
ordered that. as from the 25th November, 1992. the duty Olherwise
chargeable in terms of the provisions of section 42 of the said Act in
respect of the transfer of IUlIrketab[e securities between spouses
consequcnl to a consensua l or judicial separation. shall nOl be levied.
