IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section I

of the Land RegisU'aLion (Amendment) Act. 1996,the Ministerof Justice

and the Ans has appointed the 29th day of March , 1996 as the date on

which all the provisions orllle ~id Act, other than sections I I and 12

thereof. shall come into force .
