Commencement Notice
BY vinue of section 1 of the Local Councils Act, 1993, the Prime
Minister has established the I SI day of April, 1996 as the date when the
provisions of paragraphs (h) .(i). (k) and (0) of subsection ( I) of seciion
33 shall come into force .
