Importation (Control) (A mendment) Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Supplies

and Services Act, the Minister for Economic Services has made lhe

following regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Im ponation

(I)

(Control) (Amendment) Regulations. 1996, and shall be read and

construed as one wilh the Im ponalion (Control) Regulations. 1969.

The Schedule to the principal regUlations shaJl be amended as

follows
