IN exe rcise of the powers confe rred by section 2 of the

Commissioner of Land Orrlinance, the President orMalta has made the

following order:-

I . This order may be cited as the Commissioner of Land (Transfer

of Rights and Liabili ties) Order. 1996.

The land described in article 4 of this order is hereby specified

for the purpose of section 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance.

The rights and liabi lities in respect of the land specified in

article 2 of this order shall with effect from the 1st January, 1992 be

e}lercised by the Malta Development Corporation as provided in the

section aforesaid.

shown bordered in red on plan L.O. 719"211, which plan is enrolled

in the actS of Nowy Vincent Miceli by virtue of. deed dated 28th

June, 1995

(b) An area of la nd includin8 any buildi ng thereon at

Xewk.ija, Gozo,shown bordered in blue or plan LD. 205193 . wh ich

plan is enrolled in the acts of Notary Vincent Miceli by virtue of a

deed dated 24th Nove mber. 1993;

(e) An area of land includi ng any buildi ng thereon at Luqa

shown bordered in red on plan LD. 130193/2 . which plan is enrolled

in the acts of Notary Vincen t Miceli by virtue of:l deed dated 1st

February. 1995 .
