Director or Audit (Revision or Salary) Order, 1996

IN exercise of the JXlwers conferred by subsection (I) of section

6 of the Financial Administration and Audit Act, hereinafter referred

to as "the Act", the Prime Minister has made the following order:-

This order may be cited as the Director of Audit (Revision

of Salary) Order, 1996, and shall be deemed to have come into effect

on the 1st January, 1996.

Without prejudice to the proviso to subsection (1) of section

6 of the Act. there shall be paid to the Directorof Audit, instead of the

salary prescribed in that subsection the salary of Lm8,622.
