T he Judges and Magistra tes (Revision of Sala ries) Order, 1996

IN ellercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 3 of the

Judges and Magistrates (Salaries) Act. herei nafter referred to as .. the

Ace the Prime Minister has made the rollowing order:-

This order may be cited as the Judges and Magistrates

specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto. instead of the

salaries prescribed in sections 2 and 3 o f the Act, the annual salaries
